The rental fee for three weeks is $10.00 per tape for LISHA
members. A deposit check for $50.00 per tape is required and
will not be cashed unless late fees are incurred. A late fee
of $5.00 per week will be charged. Both checks must be made
payable to LISHA. No checks should be sent to the video librarian
without calling to confirm a tape's availability.
